Prenatal Yoga Classes

With yoga, pregnant women discover beautiful ways to relax in their constantly changing bodies. Practicing normal breathing, relaxing, and tuning-in to her body’s needs prepares a woman to give birth actively, instinctively, and naturally. It is this practice that empowers a woman to trust her intuition and have confidence as she births her baby and herself as a mother.
